To get started,
Preheat the oven to 410°F
Prep your baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
Use cold butter! (Like right out of the fridge cold). This is essential in the entire outcome of the Cookie!
Cube the butter. Since you are collecting it right out of the fridge, you need to cut it into small pieces so the butter and sugar can mesh together well and become super creamy.
It takes about 4 minutes on Med/High.
