We will be talking about and making our Italian Method Macarons.
In this class you will receive the recipe for The Blonde who Bakes Macarons. A demonstration by Whitney going over each step in the macaron making process. Once the demo is over, you will then make your own batch of macarons in your individual kitchens. During this time Whitney will be able to answer any questions you might have about the process.
After the baking, I will show how to fill your macarons, and give you 2 frosting/filling recipes to make and fill you macarons with on your own time.
