This is a recorded version of my Macaron Class.
Have you ever wanted to learn how to make macarons?? Have you seen classes pop up that you’d like to attend but the time just doesn’t work for your crazy schedule?
You’re in luck. After many years of teaching people how to make macarons in person and virtually, we’ve recorded a macaron class that you can watch on your own time, and rewatch as many times as you need to.
With this purchase, you will receive the recording as well as the Macaron recipe.
Class location: Your Kitchen
Class Day: Video recorded class can be watched and rewatched whenever you plan on making macaron.
The class is demonstrated & taught by Whitney, The Blonde who Bakes. We will be learning how to make "Italian Method Macarons". This is our favorite macaron recipe and love teaching people how to make it.
In this class you will receive the recipe for The Blonde who Bakes Macarons. A demonstration by Whitney going over each step in the macaron making process.
After the baking, Whitney will go over how to fill your macarons, and give you suggestions for frosting/filling samples to make and fill you macarons with on your own time.
Tools needed:
- ELECTRIC MIXER. (I personally use a Professional KitchenAid Stand Mixer. but you can use a hand mixer as well.)
- WHISK ATTACHMENT FOR MIXER
- SMALL/MEDIUM SAUCE PAN
- KITCHEN SCALE
- A FEW RUBBER SPATULAS (3-4)
- SIFTER (I recommend a rotary sifter)
- LARGE MIXING BOWL
- SMALL/MEDIUM BOWLS (3-4)
- BAKING SHEETS (I RECOMMEND (5-7)
- SILPAT/SILICONE BAKING MATS OR PARCHMENT PAPER
- PIPING BAGS (LARGE)
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
-1 DOZEN LARGE EGGS
-ALMOND FLOUR (I LIKE THE COSTCO BRAND)
-POWDERED SUGAR (2LB BAG)
-GRANULATED SUGAR (2LB BAG)
-ALMOND OR CLEAR VANILLA EXTRACT
-FOOD COLOR (I RECOMMEND: CHEF MASTER OR WILTON LIQUID-GEL COLOR. DO NOT USE LIQUID COLOR.
