Welcome back to the blog. Today I am sharing my ALL TIME favorite Chocolate chip cookie recipe. These cookies are very easy to make and SO delicious.
I am so excited to be sharing this recipe again with all of you and I hope you enjoy these cookies as much as I do.
Now lets get to the cookies and the recipe...
Ingredients & Instructions:
2 sticks of COLD butter (cut to cubes)
1 C Light Brown Sugar
1/2 C Granulated Sugar
(Cream in a stand mixer, for 1-2 minutes or until fully creamed)
1 tsp vanilla
2 Lg Eggs
(Slow mixer speed, add extract & eggs, mix until combined.)
(In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.)
3 C Flour
3/4 tsp Baking soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp cornstarch
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 C semi sweet chocolate chips
(Turn mixer on lowest speed and add in dry ingredients. Once fully incorporated, add in chocolate chips)
BAKE @ 350°F for 10-12 minutes
(Until slightly golden brown on bottom. They will be soft on top to the touch until cooled off)
